Every month, we will read a new book and engage in discussion questions on the app, or in our journals (or in a lil bit of both).
Each book/month will also include a gentle yoga flow with a Spotify playlist and poses specifically selected to reinforce the concepts in each book, along with a yoga nidra (guided meditation) that also helps group members truly change their lives.

My name is Mandie Brice. I am a certified yoga instructor (RYT200) with over 30 years of yoga experience. I have my master's in education, and am a lifelong learner passionate about sharing what I learn.
I am also a busy mom who has felt the overwhelm and pressure of life coexisting with desire for my own experience and the world to be better, and understand that positive change can occur in small doses with a lil bit of inspired action every day.

You can purchase "book clubs" a la carte and just do the one you want from what exists (more added each month).

Of course, it is encouraged to stick with it and enjoy the compound effects of small efforts over time, as well as the added fun of participating live as opposed to a past challenge
The yoga sessions are intended to be accessible to all ability levels. Mandie's in-person classes include folks of all ages, as well as wheelchair and walking assistance device using yogis.
Do what you can, leave the rest.
Access to this app is probably most important.
Having the book in some form also helps - whether it is owned, borrowed (huge public library supporters here), an ebook, or audio - however you follow along is great.
A journal or somewhere to write is great.
Beyond that, nothing else is needed, but a yoga mat, blocks, a strap (or scarf or towel) and maybe headphones or a quiet place are added bonuses to make the experience great.
